In accordance with Law 26/2006, of June 17, on Private Insurance and Reinsurance Mediators, we provide a customer service service, where you can make any complaint or claim.

If you wish to file a complaint or claim, please note that you must follow these steps:

  1. Go to our offices or write an Email to info@makelmarbella.com. We will try to help you solve your problem.

  • Within a period of two months from the date of submission we will assist you and resolve your complaints and claims.

  • In case of disagreement with the result of the pronouncement of our Service, or if after two months since you have submitted your complaint or claim, we have not resolved your request, you can contact:
